I guess I will join the crowd that believes the "real" season starts with conference play.

Sadly I think our players put in L on their calendar. I think from the beginning they circled the 8 weekends that "matter" to this coaching staff probably even rick hart. I think this season would have been a lot better if the attitude was different. I know it's beating the dead horse but every time I look at our 1-2 I keep seeing 2-1 and realizing it was just an illusion.

I'm callling BS. I think they are PO'd.

- They beat the froggies two years ago at their place, then lose to them last year in a close game at home after 5 TO's. I bet GG has been hungry to make up this game for a year.

- They watch TCU sleepwalk through a FCS game.

- They watch TCU do about the same against a common opponent in Texas Tech.

- They watch the rest of the conference pretty much lay an egg during their non-con games. They know they can compete in this conference.

I can believe they walked into the TAMU game believing the L was coming. I hate it, but I believe it. But they know they can win this game. Christ, we're three games into the season!

Win or lose, this is going to be a close game.
