I think that is probably a fair assessment. Good teams find a way to win, and we just aren't a good team.

Did you watch the 1st half? GG sits in the pocket 4-5 seconds with great protection and just doesn't see the field well or hit guys out of their breaks. Admittedly, our diminutive receivers don't get the separation you'd like and drop too many balls, but how often does Gilbert throw behind open receivers? He's not very accurate or decisive...not to mention he's had opportunities to run to keep drives alive and missed those. I just don't think the guy is a winner. You and JJ both obviously believe he's the only talented guy we've got and this game is out of hand, so why not "protect" GG and put Burcham in now?

Our recruiting genius Jason Phillips is the receivers coach and I have not seen where he has had any positive impact on their development since he arrived. Cannot recruit and cannot coach.
