Yes, everyone knows the fourth quarter counts,
and everyone knows we don't have the horses to hang with BCS teams for a full game,
and this doesn't excuse penalties and special teams chaos, but...
trying to find something to be optimistic about...

Texas Tech 20, SMU 16 - start of 4th quarter
Mont. State 22, SMU 19 - start of 4th
A&M 32, SMU 6 - start of 4th
TCU 17, SMU 10 - start of 4th

Methinks we can have a good run in AAC.

I'd like to see more points at halftime before I compliment the offense...IMO, halftime point totals should get a closer look...

Substitute "horses" for "coaching/offensive plan".

We are in a BCS conference and every team we play from this point on is a BCS team.

Really, only the TCU score going into the fourth is better than anticipated. SMU was a TD dog to Tech? Was losing to MSU, Aggy spread was 28 and TCU's was 18. Tech had a true freshman QB and SMU had a decent amount of hope that Shead would work out.
