The 7,656-square-foot football recruiting lounge and welcome center opened in December of 2009 in the mezzanine level in the new south end zone of the expanded High Point Solutions Stadium. Uses of the facility, which seats more than 300, include: Year-round football recruiting functions In-game entertaining of appropriate groups High end Athletics fundraising opportunities and events. Recruiting tours for all other sports on non-football recruiting days High-end fundraising for senior level university officials and the Rutgers University Foundation Tours for prospective students and their families.
Re: the school formerly known as queens college
These are all incorrect, and are of Rutgers-Newark which is a branch campus (think UT-Austin, and UTEP and UTSA), along with Rutgers-Camden. Both Newark and Camden have their own athletic programs that compete at the D-III level. Rutgers' main campus is located in New Brunswick NJ. Re: the school formerly known as queens collegeRutgers played Princeton in the first intercollegiate football game, that's a pretty cool history to have. I think there's a manuscript somewhere that mentions the students left at halftime because the cell coverage was crappy.

No, QUEEN, to make it funny.
Re: the school formerly known as queens college
Not just played, but beat Princeton 6-4 November 6th 1869 in New Brunswick. Here is a photo of the Statute in front of the Stadium commemorating the event, the feet of which the players touch during the "Scarlet Walk" (and fans including myself touch for good luck on gameday): ![]()
