I arrived in Dallas

at 8pm. Went to a bar near our campus. It was packed and there were twice as many TCU students/alums/fans there as SMU folk. What made it worse was that the few SMU people there were "pop the collar" types. How can anyone think that is remotely cool? I don't get it.

and for what it's worth, our unis received very positive feedback from the SoCal fashionistas. Translation to Hart/Turner, don't ever go back to the red or white. SMU is blue!

they promoted the BB team during game. The entire team was recognized and got a big ovation since we were not looking good at the time

Nice video about the men's BB team and then an introduction of the team. They look tall with very few 'short' players. Not the usual up and down with most players down and only one of two up in heigh.

Then the team threw t-shirts tot he crowd.

That's great but we need to start marketing the guys to non-SMU crowd as well. Hopefully soon. btw, ponyte, you'll be pleasantly surprised how good one of those short guys is - Nic Moore. He is a true floor general and will be a very good player for us.

Disagree smu is red and at the min is both blue is boring.
