Sadly this isn't our conferences year and possibly help us shine among the others. Remember that we are still in te "basketball" league so among non P5s our conference will look more appealing especially if we get our football act together and beat our conference after Louisville and Rutgers are gone and if that happens try to beat some P5s in our OOC. This is exactly why I didn't understand the JJ sunshiners saying "make our OOC easier cause we have such a hard conference match up" BS JJ sunshiners BS. Go tough or go home.

Cincy a possibility, UCF not so much so and we had better watch out for Memphis. If we are looking ahead we could easily lose that game.

Note-Cincy lost even though USF didn't score an offensive touchdown and only had about 250 yards Total Offense. I'm going to put that in the fluke category

Soooooooo close to being ranked. Gotta stay focused and knock off Memphis in front of a sold-out crowd at home then College Gameday might be in Houston for next week's homecoming game against BYU since they have booked hotel reservations, it's been picked up by ESPN and will be either on the flagship channel, ABC or ESPNU at the very lowest.

I agree with Stallion, before we get too optimistic. UC had a horrible day, Kind of like our 4th quarters against TTech and TCU. It happens. Anyone, including the team, that looks ahead of the team they're playing next needs to have their head examined. I actually disbelieve that that happens, ever. College ball is a game of emotions and lucky breaks and we need both every game. I do believe IF we get the Oline squared away, we'll see some fun football all the rest of the season against beatable competition. (Oh, and that includes Houston).
