I don't know about how tapatalk works, but when in doubt, just go to the home page. All stories seem to be linked there.

The problem is that tapatalk does not seem to make the ponyfans.com in the announcement into a link until you press "web view" then you can access it. I wonder if the mods that do anything about changing that.
