no demand for any television on this one...or for the better part of our remaining schedule, for that matter

I love my Ponies. I stick with them through thick and thin. But, I'm sorry, if we lose to Memphis and are 1-5 for this game, then give me the "Fire JJ Now!" petition and I'll sign it. I'll even contribute to a "buy out" fund if need be.

We need to blow these guys out. A big part of that will be our OL play IMHO. (and relatively mistake free football). Our guys need to come out and dominate from the opening snap.

Lol how are you not on the "fire JJ" club even right now? I hope mustangs don't continue to embarrass but I wrote off the season seeing how pathetic our performance has been. I mean all the games left on the schedule aren't even worth the water cooler talk.

The schedule on smumustangs.com shows the Temple game to be televised, but you are correct in that none of the remaining games except Houston are showing up as being televised.

Perhaps a few more will show up for those other games since they can't sit back and watch on TV.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

games aren't picked up for TV until about 12 days before game

I would bet our games with Cincy and UCF are televised. They need someone in the 11:00 slots.

SMU needs to whip out a can of Soulja Boy for the Temple game...

Houston played Rick Ross's Hustlin' once things got going in the second half last week against Memphis. SMU was playing Soulja Boy's Tell'em. The team seemed to have more of a swagger back in '09/'10 when this was played.
