DirecTV carries Channel 47 in Dallas on, imagine this, channel 47 (assuming you subscribe to the local channels of course).

The game is listed on the guide.

MASN is 640 on DirecTV. That would also put in on Alexandria, Fairfax County, Arlington County, DC, Montgomery County, Prince Georges County and Prince William County as well as all other Maryland cable systems for those of you in the DC/Baltimore area. Same channel that covers Nats and Orioles.

It is difficult to comprehend that SMU versus Memphis will be broadcast in Youngstown, Ohio, but not in Austin...

How the hell does this happen? I searched Uverse and only found the non-HD channel 47. We constantly come up with new amateur-hour scenarios.

isn't the SEC on Ch. 21 or 27 or something for their backup game at 11:00. That's not HD is it? This is a conference comprised entirely of out of market teams. That's the problem with the idea of the AAC- always has been. Very few Metroplex sports fans give a [deleted] about the AAC-they care about the teams SMU fans are too scared to schedule. Quite frankly I'm damn happy we can watch 1-4 SMU play 1-4 Memphis at all

Could be wrong but I think you will find that you have to pay for that by signing up for a bunch of new channels. Very expensive to get for just one game. I could be wrong but that has come up before with Uverse on these types of airings.
