We have, or had, some of those thing above the grassy knoll. I could see a bunch of kids up there in one of those bounce houses, and the grassy knoll itself is a slide. All that is missing are the attorneys at the bottom.

I'll be standing there as soon as I pass the bar. Loans are expensive and that place is a target rich environment.
