UCONN is slightly worse than Temple. Plus they play each other later on this year so we'll see on the field.

Despite losing their season opener to Towson State ( D2) UConn really took the game to Michigan at Michigan and had the game won right up to the last minute. Despite their problems they have demonstrated some ability to compete and appear more talented than Temple.

and Towson looks like a pretty strong FCS team this year

That game was at UConn and they benefited from some sketchy play by the UM QB, turning the ball over. That is not to say that they didn't played a solid game.
Michigan had 4 turnovers to 1 for UConn.
