DAMN! North Texas Teachers College with a 41-7 lead over Southern Mississippi at the half. Other people ask: "Have you seen a program fall as fast and hard as USM. . . I always answer with a "Yes." I have seen a Southern Methodist University athletic program fall "that hard and that fast!"

did they say they brought Baylor's Coaches down from Pressbox. Hope embarrassing. Hey there goes another. Shock Linwood goes 68 yards on TD run. 59-14. Linwood was averaging about 8 yrds per carry coming in. 3rd stringer

Think Abilene Christian is transitioning to FCS. . . Not sure, but I think the Southland Conference. Hopefully, somebody can correct my info if it's wrong

Yes ACU moved to Division I this season. Southland Conference.

That is correct. They were a Division 2 team last year and this is their transition year to FCS so they have a mix of BCS transfers, FCS and Division 2 caliber players. Not that I'm making excuses for NMSU.
