5-0 final. Obviously UConn kind of controlled the second half.

UConn advances to face UCF in the American semifinals next Friday.

Wow. Rutgers playing their second game in two days comes up with an 86th minute goal to upset top seed Louisville 1-0 tonight.

The semifinals are now set:

Wish SMU didn't have to meet up with UConn so early in the tourney!! Trying to figure out if I can make it out to the UConn/UCF when I'm down in Dallas next weekend.

5-0?!? Good lord. How far we've fallen from playing Maryland in the final four.

This season was an abhoration, the team is better than the results but the system and approach to playing is not making the most of the skill on tap.

Like that new word you came up with - "abhoration". It fits nicely. Will have to use myself that sometime.
Don't worry. Be Happy. Or not.

The conference final is set - UConn vs. USF.

South Florida defeated Rutgers 2-1 in 2OT in the first semifinal. UConn beat UCF 2-0 in the second semifinal.

USF is the American men's soccer champion.

After playing to a 0-0 draw through two overtimes, the Bulls won penalties 6-5.
