For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

Well, if you have a kicker who can boom the ball out of the EZ on kickoffs he's penalized 20 yards for being good. Force teams to run out of the EZ or give up a point. As for kicking back, sure, add that in, it gives the game a whole new strategic dimension.
