JJ said that is the players job, I don't completely agree with that. The team takes on the personality of the HC.

Yes I mostly agree but there are moments where some young men need a little push. A little nudge can be all the difference. (I think GGs shoulder is bothering him by the way).

I think he got a stinger in the 2nd qtr when he made a run and got hit on the sidelines.
