Cross Country: SMU Advances to NCAA Championship

The Mustangs finished second at the regionals Friday in Waco, and qualified for the NCAA Championships!

Here is a video of their live show to announce the 31 teams to make it. The Kolas calculator is used to decide the teams.
(Warning on the volume because at times the boys get loud, especially at the beginning of the vid).
SMU is announced somewhere around 3-4 minutes into the video. And the women's teams are revealed from about 3 to 13 minutes.
(It is popular for the men to grow mustaches during cross country. That's why you see the guys in the video with their "stachies" for the ncaa championships. Some women can grow the mustaches too).

Shanoah Souza, Tova Magnusson, and Agnes Sjöström were named USTFCCCA All-Region.

Magnusson and Sjöström also earned All-American Athletic Conference honors.
