Not likely, the bottom line with this kid is he was highly thought of coming into the recruiting year (as evidenced by several SEC offers) then had a poor camp season and his big offers went away so we were just a port in a storm for him until something better came along.

Yeah, I pretty much agree with this but I also thought he was tight with Mumme.

UCF is about a three hour drive for his parents to attend a game. SMU is a plane trip away. UCF schedules games up and down the east coast for OOC games that parents can drive to. Furthest OOC game this year was Pedo State (just as close to parents house as SMU is). S. Car. is closer to parents house than UCF. SMU's OOC games are mostly other Texas schools.

Don't like that he chose UCF, but I understand it.
