Great story.

Anyone else notice the civilized and on-topic dialog among the posters on that site?

Player after player who were coached by June Jones and company are excelling in the NFL. It's really quite amazing and no longer possibly luck or chance.

Definitely one of the better PB recruits.

No he wasn't. Beachum was a two star that JJ would have been crucified for signing. JJ makes these kids into professionals by taking the talent development part of the equation seriously. Yes, if only we could get four stars under that program.... But still, he deserves the credit in the talent development arena.

Beachum was recruited by PB and I am sure Coach Bennett is happy for him as he is Sanders etc. The PB recruited lines were probably the best we have had during JJ tenure here.

Sigh. Since JJ's only coached five seasons, the majority of players making contributions have naturally been Bennett recruits.

But you appear to miss the real point. It's JJ who made a two star Kelvin Beacham into a solid NFL contributor. He's doing that over and over again with guys who otherwise have no business having that level of success in the NFL. That's good and it's ok to admit it. No one will pull your "I Hate JJ" card

I am just stating a fact not hating or sucking up to JJ. Bennett's recruits were vital in getting us to bowl games. Can't just leave him out due to Bennett hate.

Let's stick to the article. Great to see a guy work hard and succeed in an uphill battle. Well done and good article.
