Maybe cause it looks a tiny bit like the roof of Aloha Stadium. They did all the test shoots in Dallas and I guess are in the money raising stages now.

Here are a few thoughts:

1. The song they are basing the movie off of is absolutely terrible
2. I do not know much about casting, but I imagine most people don't put a picture of the actor they would like on the public website (seems to me that stuff is usually handled behind closed doors)
3. This looks like it will be one of the most poorly produced movies ever
4. Website was terrible (Rangers Ballpark in Arlington Background, really)
5. Synopsis video is even worse (did they use Apple's iMovie)
6. If I was June I would have never let my name be on this

I personally like June. I think he has done a lot of excellent things for SMU, but this movie looks terrible!

I think this says a ton. Not saying I blame him, but I have heard from a CPA who handled an NFL players "foundation" and he indicated that yes, a portion of that raised went to a charitable cause. AFTER deducting a very substantial administrative salary for the player (which left pennies on the dollar for disbursement). Hopefully June's foundation gets the lion's share of the collections to the cause.
