Don't get me wrong, I am not happy with our results this season. Our recruiting is particularly depressing, but on the other hand we are better than we were at any point in a long time. My only disagreement is that we are not a P5 school, so we need to use our resources wisely. If that means keeping June one more year and then having extra cash to pay a better staff the next season so be it. I guess I am just more patient than most of you. For the record I am 31.

I get the buyout factor and it is a real obstacle for us. I just fear that not taking action now after this season will have really bad consequences on the program as a whole and we will lose even more momentum

I think you generate momentum as soon as you make a new hire, be it stud recruiters on this staff or a new staff altogether that is out aggressively recruiting and making inroads. We already missed the boat on this round of musical chairs and the next round will not open up for another 10-15 years so I don't think we need to do anything rash to set us back financially. On the other hand accelerating the rebuilding would be great too. It is not my money so it is not my call. I wish I had the money to not even sweat a cool $5million a season but I don't and neither do most on this board.

I'm in 215, Seats 1-2. Where is everyone else at? Let's pick a spot and move there. I'm on the baseline in-between the band and the visitors...I like being next to the band...and it will be fun to annoy the visitors...plus the opposing coaches are within earshot at timeouts...

Therefore I will not be attending this game. I cannot see myself sitting there for the complete game, and not communicating with her via signing. Thanks my alma mater.

Yep doesn't matter where we've been, doesn't matter where we are now, all the matters is we aren't where we should be, and how do we get there? by changing things up because its not working right now. Be the best or don't even try, don't half [deleted] anything just because its better now then it used to be.
