Sideline Heaters for the Players ?

Post by Pony in SA »

Will school rent some heaters for the sidelines for the players for tomorrow ?

Any plans being made to assist our players on the sidelines to try and give us edge in this weather, or will we again have no plan and look Mickey Mouse ?

Put heaters on our sideline. Let UCF bring their own.

That was what I meant, put some on the SMU sideline for SMU players.

If Steele, Judson, Alamo Heights, and the other high schools down here are breaking them out for their HS playoff games tonight and tomorrow, certainly we can get some for our seniors their last game at Ford.

What about the 500 faithful fans who show up...where are our heaters going to be?

I think there's some rule that if you have them on your sideline you have to provide them for the opponent as well. I could be wrong about that, though.

I do not think so. I believe it is provide your own stuff. May be different in the pros but it was Bud Grant at Minnesota I believe that would not put heaters out for the Vikings. Thought they should be tough enough to weather the weather. Was strange to see the opposition with heaters and home team without.
