I was impressed by how hard the guys played today; tough to beat anybody when you are down to your 3rd string QB

Thought Burcham showed promise for next year. Always tough to replace a highly national ranked player, but I think he will be ok.

Only blessing this season was that GG got injured forcing JJ to play Burcham. Maybe Burcham will find his game by mid season next year. Problem continues to be total failure of recruiting and not enough talent to surround Burcham. Catch 22.

I'm surprised this was as close as it was. The defense played better. I think bortles better not get drafted by anyone up north. He did not seem to do well in the cold.

Defense played hard. Offense tried but made too many mistakes and with 2nd and 3rd string QBacks, not enough.
Time for a coaching change.

Good teams find a way to win those tight games (Rutgers, cincy, UCF). We are just not a good team

It's sad. With even mediocre recruiting this would have been an 8-4 or better team. Clearly JJ can coach, but I just don't understand why the man doesn't want to put together a team...

He has no idea how to recruit in the state of Texas... He recruits West coast kids who aren't good enough to play in the PAC 12...
