There is no reason to delay the IPF. I say in my Arnold voice "DO IT NOW!". I have a hard time believing they can't get a lead donor for an IPF but they're good on an $18mil tennis complex and golf. I reject such stances Mutombo style. Tell me another fairy tale please.

I can't believe we are spending $18M on Tennis...a non-revenue generating sport instead of investing in the sport that brings us money and national recognition!

Suspect that $18M was rolled into the cost of the new residential complex as the tennis facilities had to be moved to make room for the residential complex and associated parking garage.

We have had one here in St. Louis for about 50 years. It's called the "Climatron" and it's located at Shaw's Botanical Garden. It's a glass domed structure designed by R. Buckminster Fuller that takes up about an acre of ground , and is about 120 ft. tall. But, I believe its light are in the wrong position !
