You can log in to the Ticketmaster AccountMangaer on the Tickets page at smumustangs.com. Your tickets will be listed there (even Hofstra is showing up now). From there you can transfer or print your tix just in case.
mrydel wrote:Not the ticket office fault. Evidently the floor layout they were provided included seats that were not there. I have been moved to 209 (could have done 210 but I wanted aisle seats) and was told they would be printed soon and I should have them by the 23rd. Stuff happens. I thought they handled me politely and professionally.
Good to hear!
That does blow mrydel. At least they took care of you. I'm sure that was a nightmare on their end too, I doubt they like telling loyal fans like yourself that you won't be getting the correct seats. So I'm glad they got it fixed. Guess it's just one of those nuances when you have a renovation that people have to deal with if they don't get it 100% right the first time.

Bummer. Glad they were accommodating though.
I have also lost my seats due to this error. The ticket office is trying to figure something out but honestly I'm pretty upset/angry. The fact of the matter is if I decide to take the accommodations they are offering I'm going to end up in substantially worse seats then what was offered to me when I purchased the seats. At the end of the day this is the ticket office's fault you cannot sell someone tickets that don't exist, period. I was getting really jazzed for the new moody and now it feels like Christmas has been canceled. Not sure what I'm going to do as I'm talking to them again tomorrow but so far I'm not satisfied with what they are offering at all.

They sold me a boulevard spot that didn't exist this year. I know exactly how you feel. They need to make it right with you guys, no matter what it takes.

I sympathize for those that might have gotten downgraded. Being out of state, I bought cheap seats. I was in 202 and they moved me to 210 which was diagonally equal. I opted to move to 209, one section farther from midcourt but actually only about 6 seats farther away because I wanted aisle seats.
All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
