What does us not being their rivals anymore have to do with worshiping the devil? You guys are funny. We may not be TCU's rival but I still consider them SMU's rival and want to kill them everytime in anything. Same would be for UT, TTech, Baylor OU...Oih Vey.

yeah we all know june sucks but Im not going to boycott a team for it and not go see them play. The players arent the idiots making the decisions in letting june stay, they just play the game. I hope were good again some day so you people that abandoned ship look foolish rooting for smu again. Being a true fan is all about getting through the tough periods too, unless all of you are yankees fans and dont know what its like to lose. Ill see the remaining smu fans next september in floyd casey stadium, just because I hate the coach doesn't mean I wont cheer for my school.

I don't think you boycott the team...you cancel your season tickets, buy on StubHub and voice your dissent loudly. Carry signs showing "6-26" and "we used to compete" and "recruiting is vital" etc. don't hate the coach, don't hate the team, just show them that minimal effort is not enough.

I'm going to do anything I can to dissuade (like I even had to do that) anyone from attending an SMU football game next year. If not for fear of ending up in the clink I would literally protest in front of Ford Stadium with a sandwich board of Jones' awesome 6-29 record against teams with winning records. What an absolute disgrace.

What was Bennett's record against winning teams? Surely it's comparable?
