Not as good as 5 star Charles Matthews but he is a really good outside shooter that can fill a void that we badly need filled.

I commented a couple weeks ago on the Alonso Trier thread, that McCaw had an offer from SMU, and that LB was probably scouting him when Brown watched one of their games. They are teammates.

Rivals has had McCaw with an SMU offer for weeks now.

He is a versatile guard prospect that can play any of the perimeter positions. He can really shoot the ball and shown the ability to put it on the floor as well. He has ideal size and is sneaky athletic.

Pat McCaw, 2014 SG, Montrose Christian: McCaw stated his case to be considered one of the top unsigned seniors left on the board. He has great size and good ball handling. His biggest asset is his shooting ability; he can stretch defenses and make them pay for collapsing on drivers. His recruitment should see a major boost going into the spring after this showing.
