#BoycottFord t-shirts... Design recs?

Postby StallionsModelT » Mon Dec 23, 2013 12:38 pm

I'm planning on doing a #BoycottFord t-shirt drive and I'm open to taking rec's on the design. I think I've got a few ideas.

1. 6-31 and you get an extension? Only at SMU

2. Picture of June with an Arizona State hat and a giant X

others?

How about a picture of a man with a bag over his face?

I have no interest in boycotting ford, but I do think you can do much better on your designs. Most people will have no idea what 6-31 means. If you have to explain your main point it is not the right point. The ASU thing is also a little too obscure for most people I would bet.

I would go with something simple like June does not care, why should we? That is if I was you, I will not be boycotting or buying a shirt.

Your avatar has the exact expression I imagine your face making when you write that...that's pretty neat. Love the vintage pony-signs you and Rayburn rock.

Maybe a screen shot of the crowd during the UCF game? That needs to be our goal for the '14 season.

good idea - just put BIJ above Peruna on his back with feet in the air (dead horse) and DIF below it.

TCU is wondering what we are up to. They think we are being sneaky because no one is stupid enough to give June an extension.

So let me get this straight...you want to print shirts to wear pushing a boycott, and you are going to wear them when exactly? At a game...at Ford Stadium?

No one in any other setting will have a clue what you are wearing. At best, you'll get jokes like "doesn't everyone at SMU already do that"?

Find all the "SMU to BCS" gear that is still floating around. Cross out the B and write in F. End product is "SMU to FCS".
