I agree w obf. I expect to beat a few good teams a year, even did during the doh years. It doesn't matter if you lose to rice though. Hoops is a marathon, not just a game. You can always win the next or go on a run. All about keeping it in perspective. The Memphis teams we've beaten in years past have far more talent than the uconn team Houston just beat.

UConn last night could not hit anything from 3 range during the first half, I get worried that when teams play us they seem to find their shots.

Got to take care of tonight first though, go Stangs! Let's do this.

Personally I'm not sold on UConn at all. I think they have one of the best players in the country and a lot of good players. They've been winning close ones which is obviously huge but for a team that was 11-1 and named UConn, they should be ranked higher than #17. They got two quality wins in Florida and Indiana that they beat by a combined 2 points. I'm still skeptical, Napier can only do so much. Going to be interesting to see how they do against SMU, Memphis, Louisville, Cinci, ect.

Didn't you also say that Nebraska would roll over Cincinnati?

I didn't say they'd roll them, but I did think they would beat them. False picture of Nebraska in the early going and also didn't think Cinci is any good. Cinci is looking better each game and Nebraska is looking more and more ordinary after being dominated by Iowa last night.

Nebraska rolls imo. Can't even believe I'm saying that....

Maybe I did not phrase the quote exactly right but yeah Cincinnati is pretty good.
