I'd like to see Moore, Frazier, Russell, Moore, Kennedy to start. Bring yannick and Cannen in up front, Manuel and brown as wings

I don't if they're freshmen, KF and Ben need to start.

I thought Ben Moore played very well & deserves more minutes.
Hopefully as the season progresses, more Moore & Brown, less Williams & Russell.
Time to quit playing games with Frazier & give him his minutes.

Good effort just very sloppy in execution.

Moreira needs to play bigger and tougher. Too soft to the basket.
Russell should not have the ball in clutch situations
Other teams seem much more aggressive; may explain the ft discrepancies.

Felt this game was winnable but just too damn sloppy with the ball and a lot of careless mistakes.

Also, the offense has to improve if we are really going to make a run in the conference.

My biggest disappointment was Yannick . . . especially after looking at the box score. 2 rebounds?!? Damn, man. You have to develop a nasty streak. Is he competitive enough or are my expectations just too high? He's usually the tallest guy on the floor and has a huge wingspan. Need to clean that glass and then throw it down big fella! We need you.

I think others teams have slashers/scorers. Nic is a true pg but relies on separation o get looks, not taking it to the rack. Russell is doing nothing well, and Manuel can slash, but doesn't really convert

I thought Frazier was a defensive liability and at times seem lost on the floor. Team looked like they were out of sync based simply on too much time off. In my opinion they were hurt by not having a tune up game in the past week.

I think he may have gotten into foul trouble because it seems like Williams played more minutes than he did.

Ojai, he had early foul trouble and played a total of 10 minutes. He was soft w the ball, no doubt, but boards aren't going to be his calling card, cause he's a rim defender which gets him out of position looking for blocks

I'm still bitter about that damn loss. They were right there. At some point the team has gotta get a quality win.

Interesting game that we could have won. I am really tired of the new emphasis on calling fouls with every little stupid touch. Our players, especially Moreira needs to learn that quickly. There were two of three times that he was challenging one their bigs 15 feet from the basket and that was totally unnecessary. The refs took the game our of any rhythm which hurt both teams. Moore is a good point guard, but he tries to do a bit too much. The other players also need to be aware that Nic is a good passer. 5-6 times he made nice passes but players weren't paying attention. I have no problem believing that we can beat UC in Dallas. There were a few times that the crowd came alive and made a difference in the flow of the game. I would also love to see Frazier get more minutes and Manuel less. He made some defensive mistakes that really hurt in the second half.

I think Yanick got poked in the eye early and that is why he was taken out.

I agree on the fouls. It's crazy to think the officials were consistent with the calls on both ends of the court. As aggressive as Cincinnati plays defense, we only went to the line nine times. Cincinnati went to the line thirty-one times. That's a ridiculous disparity. They called way more ticky-tack fouls on us.
