I was there as a seven-year old with my grandparents. The only thing I really remember about the game was the roar of the crowd which seemed to get louder and louder as the game went on. When Rufus stopped the two-point conversion the place exploded.
Granddad bought me an SMU bobble head that night.
A great Mustang victory and one of my first SMU games.
