Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'Sound was perfect in the corner in 202, row 5.
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'To me, the court looked great on TV. Not cluttered, just all about SMU. Very clean. I liked it a lot.
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'I just watched the game on my DVR, Moody translates great on television. Not as good as in person, but still wonderful. The blue they used on the court looks awesome. Moody along with our other BB facilities (and let's not forget LB, too) will be like crack to recruits. I may watch the game again!
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'I was able to watch a little of the game and it looked great on TV....loved seeing a packed house of SMU fans!
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'From 206 row 4, the sound was great, a little difficult to hear players name after score, but that was probably b/c of loud crowd.
I thought everything was perfect! Loved the Hall Of Fame of Smu sports on the walls! also, loved the open concourse into the arena as you enter from the main entrance, you instantly see and here the inside of the arena as entering the building. I don't know how we could have a more perfect venue. Beat the hell out of anybody!
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'It was all great but still the same old lame food? burnt popcorn, pretzels, hot dogs, plastic covered chips....I sure hope they find some places to put some food kiosks that serve something we can eat. Sorry not to be 'debbie downer', just was surprised that with all that was done, they couldn't make the food edible or come with choices.
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'Burger wasnt bad by stadium standards

It will get better. I was happy with the swift lines, very surprised actually considering it was the first game and a big crowd. yeah, they ran out of Campisi pizza early. And there was a refrigerator full of Samuel Adams, but they were not serving it. They said it was for a private group. THAT nearly broke my heart. That said the beer selection was actually fairly good, with 16 oz Mich Ultra's and Shiner included. Beat the hell out of anybody!
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'Piggybacking ponyscotts post: I'm a little off put that I can order only beer, not wine from my loge. So it's water and campisi mini pizza, pretzel popcorn or nachos.
That's my only complaint.
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'Sorry, the Sam Adams is on the loge menu. Had a couple. The Club also has fireman's 4 and dos xx, but no Sam Adams. Weird how they divvied those up.
RGV, I agree that wine should be available at loge and in concourse. It's just as easy to keep cold and pour as a can of beer.
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'Music was fantastic. The HEY song was perfect
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'
Definitely. Speaking of which, it should be pretty easy to come up with an SMU-specific chant during that one. Even yesterday people were adding an S-M-U chant towards the end. The crowd was really into it! Shake It Off Moody
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'
S-M-U chant was also used rhythmically in the stomp-stomp-clap part of Queen's "we will rock you"… very cool!. Beat the hell out of anybody!
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'
I like adding a HEYYY "GO STANGS", HEYYYY "GO STANGS". And during the beat chant SMU SMU SMU
Re: Whoever the DJ was at Moody was rockin'My non-affiliated brother commented that the music selection was awesome. Adding SMU to they Hey Song and Queen late in the games should be no brainers. That was nice and seemed pretty organic.
