I think he did a pretty good job. Hopefully JJ keeps some of his changes and brings in a new young recruiter.

Jesus. This program is a mess. Glad we lost the only bright spot on this staff. Wake me up when it's 2015. Not interested in watching this garbage in 2014.

He was indeed the only bright spot. He came in and in less than a year turned us into the top 10 passing team in the country. And, in the meantime, got a commit from our only 4 star in forever. Would MUCH rather have him as HC than JJ.

Depressing.

Maybe JJ's ego could not deal with Hal getting a good amount of publicity about the new Run and Raid offense that was run last year. Hal was not one of the ones that should have been asked to leave imo.

Good move for Mumme, he's always done his best work at the lower levels of CFB. Since the position of "Passing Game Coordinator" was created just for him I guess it will disappear and Chang will get an official spot on the staff as RB Coach.
