Yeah, wife got spilled on again. Made the drive home extra fun. Thanks for offering to help.

Hate that. Where the heck are you sitting? Was it the same guys?

I don't understand your rational at all. I'm a die hard chargers fan, attended 4 cowboys in college, and my SMU friends and I spent our entire Sundays during the fall watching the nfl and drinking beer, even when none of were watching a team we liked. Seriously, what the [deleted] are you talking about! I don't think you could be more wrong.

The clash with the NFL and the opponent and the fact that we were on TV the previous day will mean we are an afterthought on Sunday. Except to those who have experienced the new moody. I'll be there. My 6 year olds first trip.

I would say NFL is probably going to take the cake over SMU vs Hofstra. Hofstra blows and 3/4 of Dallas still doesn't know SMU has a basketball team yet

BOP - I am not talking about watching on TV - but if you go to a cowboy game or any other pro game, the crowd is predominately people who did not go to college - and are big pro fans and spend money on these games because they don't have anything else. I mean why else would you put up with an actual NFL game. THey are a beat down. Idiots in every direction.

I mean, I went to college and love going to NFL games. I also went to a school probably preppier and at least as country club as SMU, if I'm judging by friends that went to SMU...and I don't think it's just people that didn't go to college that love going to NFL games. The only reason I don't go to more is because I can't afford $1,000 tickets and a college game is pennies in comparison.

Maybe in the nosebleeds (400 sections), but most non-college graduates can't afford $50-100K PSL's. sorry...your personal opinion. NFL is a huge success. next.... crowd will be lower than usual for sure. late on a Sun, poor team, and NFL

Yeah, the PSL's are freakin killer. 40K for 4 seats for 4 years at Washington Redskins. My buddy coughed it up, then he has to pay for the tickets on top of that...

Only a few teams (especially the Cowboys) equate going to the game with passing a kidney stone through your wallet. Me and a few buddies used to have a big section of seats at Texas Stadium; 0 in Jerry World. My guess is roughly 2500-3000 for Hofstra. Most of the core 1500 + 1000ish not watching football or out of town.

In the peanut gallery. Perhaps we deserve it. In the past we would just move, but now that would require us going back 15+ rows.

I think with a win at UCF today, we might be pleasantly surprised at the turnout tomorrow. Sudents are back and there is already an obvious buzz about this team.
