We have arrived!

Postby Duke Blue Blood » Sun Jan 26, 2014 11:56 pm

Seems a little premature, but apparently we have ARRIVED! If we were 4-16, no reporter would even try to find out anything negative about our team. Have a winning year and all of a sudden…... Happened a year earlier than expected, but I promise this will not be the last of it.

Absolutely. They had to run this story to compete on a Sunday night against the Grammys.

yes cause my wife was making me watch it. Not that I ever watch WFAA news. Have not watched channel 8 since 1986.

My wife couldn't take me commenting on the gay marriage vow whatever stunt and so she shut off the Tv.

This is a NON Story and will go away. The kid took summer school classes to make up for some poor grades. Something that TONS of kids do, the only difference is this kid happened to be a MCDonald's AA.

Good because that means not too many people saw it. Hope they don't watch this report tomorrow.

Big time programs deal with this [deleted] all the time. Dukie has a good point.

And, better yet, stop watching channel 8. Tweet your friends to stop watching channel 8. They used SMU and Larry Brown's fame in an attempt to get ratings leading into the February sweeps. Real simple: turn the channel!
