Suggestion to SID: Get the video board operator to lead the crowd in chants by diplaying things like De-fen-se or S-M-U
I haven't seen that this year.
They have done that in years past and it really gets the crowd chanting in an organized way.

Please don't. The chanting should be organic. It never works when it's put up on the video board.

Best joke/rebuttal I've heard in awhile. Proof SMU is good at awkward, forced chants that no one wants/needs.
