Bath salts
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed AttackMost of us will agree that nothing good will happen at that time of day (night), but the part about him not pressing charges is just weird.
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed Attack
Fear of retaliation on his family? Who knows. But now with the DMN going after the SMU basketball team, watch for the Startlegram to focus on this incident as sure proof of corruption and criminality on the TCU football team. Our local papers really help us, don't they?
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed Attack
Suspensions? Really? Suspensions?
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed Attacknot pressing charges when he had several items stolen and a gun to his head??? sounds like another tcu drug deal gone bad...
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed AttackXboxes are pretty sweet, especially if it's an Xbox One. All kidding aside, that sucks.

Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed Attackshocking what is happening on our college campuses and especially our Christian campuses at Baylor and TCU. Murders of basketball teammate and coverup at Baylor, football player recently convicted of rapes yet he says he is a good guy, TCU...go Big 12
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed Attack
Relax, I made a mistake. Yes it should read, the frog folks are suspicious also. GO MUSTANGS!
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed Attack
He was walking back to his house from his car which he had walked out to start in the freezing weather. He was up that early because we had an NCAA mandated drug test that morning at TCU. That neighborhood has had issues recently and all at that time frame. Most have been asleep. Pressing charges over an Xbox and some hats doesn't make sense. Especially if they are willing to shoot guns. You have to go downtown to talk to the investigator, look through binders full of mug shots and potentially testify later? Not to mention possibly [deleted] off the gun toting perps? What can he gain? Not worth it IMO. Plus, it seems he left some marks.
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed Attack
you're right. I wouldn't press charges either if someone hit me on the top of my head with a semi-auto pistol and then fired 5 shots. Come on dude...it's clear this is not just a coincidence
Re: TCU's Devante Fields Victim of Armed Attack
OK Froggie. Lets say I buy your argument, which is not real strong. Why does he not let the police into his house. For a criminal case, correct me if I am wrong attorneys, he does not have to press charges. Just let the police in to see if they can gather any evidence in order to catch some very dangerous criminals. If I am in that area I would appreciate getting the riffraff out. I doubt the thugs were standing there watching to see if he let the police in or not. Oh, and by the way, it was not just an xbox and some hats. It was five shots fired as a man was trying to kill him. All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
