It seems like an interesting/useful ranking system. There's just so many of them already... but I guess there's always room for improvement.

Interesting. You can see why it has become very important in the selection process

Has it though? Or is that just what ESPN wants us to believe so that eventually it will become very important in the selection process?

RPI still hasn't been supplanted IMO
