Only come back if 100% healthy big man. Then throw it down, big man! Throw it doowwwwn!

P.S. I'm sure texting a player is some kind of violation.

Not if you are a student. He might be a student. But I thought that was just for recruits not playes at SMU.

You're probably right. With so many rules he might not be able to blow his own nose first before checking in with the NCAA though (or Brett Shipp).

Don't know the details, but this doesn't look good:

Given that he suddenly screamed in pain and walked off the court and did not return today, guessing he's out for at least the Memphis game.......

Not to be overly dramatic, but if he can't come back in the very near future we ain't dancing. He's 9 points, 5 rebounds, a block or 2 per game sitting on the bench (not to mention just the interior defensive presence). In close games down the stretch - with him, we win/without him, we lose. I mean he's no MJ but the margin of error in these games are tiny and not having him just kills it for us.

Practice report from today is very bad news if it keeps him out another 3-4 games. Unless we suddenly make an incredible run in the AAC tourney but some of that chemistry is hard to re-develop quickly also.

Anyway, I'm all rooting and ready to go. Not expecting a win, but expecting hopefully a strong showing.
