I wouldn't be rude to expect others above the rail to do the same.

And to that I would like to invite you to watch the game from the comfort of your own home.

No. This was a huge game. We were putting on a clinic. Now, I will stand every minute of every game purely out of spite. Thanks for carrying SMU through the down years but you're no longer needed. Go watch from you couch because I will be standing and I will be loud.

Yes let's run off all of our aged fans. I don't know who these fans were that were sitting behind you, but it would be common courtesy to sit if there is an elderly person behind you and standing isnt necessary to see the court. Show a little bit of class. It is a real chore for some of these folks to get out to the games and we should honor them for doing so if they care enough to buy a ticket.

See if you can switch to seats 6-10 of the first row of 215. We are loud, stand, cheer...and it must be open...if they are taken, some a-hole keeps on giving his tickets to opposing fans (Rutgers, Memphis, UCONN)....although seeing sad faces, and frustration on their faces is pretty great.

Sorry topper but the fans that provide the energy get the priority. If my energy comes at the expense of your view, too bad. We have a game to win.

If any blue hairs tell you to sit down, shove them when they are standing and don't expect it. Since moody is so steep, the fall should have a very negative impact. Then they'll never tell you to sit down again. Rewarding good behavior. It works

Don't worry about my view. Its just too bad that your "energy" comes at the expense of you being a well bred, polite human being. Please tell me that your posts are gags. This kind of talk makes you come off as a spoiled, entitled, brat. Surely that cant be true.

My son and I watched this whole thing play out. We are in 214 right across the aisle from the guy that was hollering. The first thing he hollered was "down in front". That is when I told my son the guy was trying to get some folks to sit down. He was with his wife and said something to her and then got up and started walking down the steps to confront the folks standing I guess. Fortunately something big happened on court and everyone stood and screamed. The guy turned around and went back to his seat. His wife pointed down at the student section and I assume let him know that it was alright to stand during the game. And bless her heart she was up most of the time hollering and screaming after that. He however, sit on his butt and just looked straight ahead. He was probably mid fifties at most. And Laxer wasn't directly in front of these folks. His group was down some rows and to the right. As far as I saw the guy never stood up once. Laxer never blocked my view because we were standing a lot of the time. You go Laxer.

Anyone who sits on their hands - old or young - should feel free to feel uncomfortable in Moody. Everyone around me in my section, younger and older, are enjoying themselves and making noise.
Chase off the few people left who think they are attending soirees.

Don't let Pro Sports Syndrome ("PSS") keep you down. Get up and cheer. Its part of college athletics. We just haven't seen much around here lately

We are in row 7 seats 1-3. The guy and his wife( I assume it was his wife ), were across the aisle in the first two seats of the same row. About six feet away from us.

Standing, loud, annoying (to the opposing team) is the new attitude in Moody - keep it up Mustang fans! I get yelled at during the football games for standing up, keep winning and we don't need those folks, they are part of the problem!

Sorry broski. If standing and yelling outside of the student section makes me less polite and well bred than call me a mutt. But I'll be going ape [deleted] every game from here on out. Go get the red seats if that bugs you...
