Yep, North Dakota State better watch their backs because we're coming for their title ![]() #SMU2FCS They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

Re: And SMU steals a 3rd recruit from ArmySince he had offers from Austin Peay and Howard I will modify the title.
"Anglin chose SMU over offers from Austin Peay and Howard. He also had strong interest from Eastern Illinois, Louisiana Monroe and Western Carolina." #HammerDown
Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and HowardAnglin for a new level of recruit.
Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and HowardI have seen less slanted stories coming out of the Obama White House. And that is saying something.
Kid held an offer from a team that went to three consecutive Bowl games and was better than SMU over the last few years - Toledo. But you all will not mention that in your slanted posts that are hell bent on trashing this class. Let's all trash the kid's abilities knowing nothing about him. I have read very little about this kid - but enough to like him more than the kid from Plano with no other offers and just de-committed. "Moral Victories Make Me Sick" - TR

Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and Howard
Get your lie straight now. He held the Toledo and Western Michigan offers right out of high school not out of the Army Prep school that he was dismissed from. #HammerDown
Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and HowardIf you want to complain about the omission of Toledo, file your grievance with Scout as the information was pulled directly from that website.
Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and HowardJust to be clear, Army Prep:West Point::Blinn College:Texas A&M ?
Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and Howard
Not a lie at all. He chose Army over Toledo. And then he chose us over those other schools. But there was a higher ranked football program than us that offered this guy. That was my point. I am concerned about the "Dismissed from School" part of this. Academic? disciplinary? This does not look like good news... "Moral Victories Make Me Sick" - TR

Not exactly analogous but close enough They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and Howardyeah one produces Heisman Trophy winners, All-Americans and BCS All Conference players and one produces Army Football players

Good question. BeatNavy, gives some insight on what he found out. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=70522&p=978666#p978666 #HammerDown
Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and HowardIf that is all that they did - I have no problem with this. Anyone think any of our players ever went out the week before a game (not night before) and have a drink when they were underage?
I bet that would include almost HALF our current team and most of the coaching staff. I knew Olympic caliber swimmers at SMU that did far worse. "Moral Victories Make Me Sick" - TR

Re: And SMU steals a recruit from Austin Peay and Howard
I would agree with most of your statement but question whether most of our coaching staff will ever be caught under age drinking. ![]() All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
