OT: Technical issues w/ free articles on Scout

Does anyone else have an issue with Pony Stampede/Scout where it requires you to have a subscription to read the "free" articles?

Only time was when the editor accidentally puts the article in the subscription cue instead of the free cue. If that happens it is usually fixed fast. But it is a human error not a technical problem. They are doing a good job over there.
