MOODY MADNESS

Postby Pony ^ » Sat Feb 08, 2014 10:28 pm

That place was about to explode. Easily the loudest sporting event I've been to in my life. WE DON'T LOSE AT HOME

I think all moments from UConn, Memphis, and Cinci during the game had been about equally as loud. But when the buzzer sounded tonight it was a new level of loud in there. Just amazing.

I just stayed after the game and loved the spectacle. The player mixing in with the students and families on the court. The prospects remained also and seemed to be enjoying it.

Were the students chanting "Moody Magic" or "Moody Madness?" Regardless, it was the best chant of the night.

We were chanting Moody Magic. One of the best times of my life being in the mob section when the game ended.

Nice. Great job by the students. Replace the overrated chant with Moody Magic.

I was reminded of the first year Moody opened, 1956, and the packed house that watched the Mustangs take on Wilt Chamberlin and Kansas.

you were there? Must be incredible to see the re-birth of the place after all these years. Neat thing is there were kids there tonight who will remember this night and this year of Moody Magic 50 years from now.
