Here's to hoping that Mr. Miller saved a few dollars to donate to building Larry a statute outside of Moody. By the time he's done here, I'm guessing we should be seriously considering it. He won't want it, but still. He does every single thing right.

Coach Brown is like the rich relative you never knew you had until he donates his entire fortune to you.

I'm just glad for whatever time Coach Brown decides to stay at SMU. He is laying the foundation for SMU to actually become a BB powerhouse. So great!

It will be interesting to see if Janks can keep it going..........hopefully LB will stick around another couple of years.

Larry certainly knows how to work the crowd. BUT, would Moody be filled with another SMU losing season, no. It is his putting together a Nationally relevant, winning team that is filling Moody (listen up June). Larry's proactive-SMU stance is just the icing on the cake. Thank you team as well as the coaches.

LB is definitely staying for next year and my hope is he is hear for at least 1 more year after that. Next year's team is going to be scary good so long as we don't have any players transfer or grade out. Hopefully he can then land another great recruiting class and make another deep run in the tournament. At that point if he steps aside we will have a good deep team that can generate some continued success and we will be looking at what will then be 5 straight tourney appearances (3 from LB and 2 from LB last class). If that comes to pass I think you will have created the image of smu basketball necessary to sustain decent recruiting even without coach brown.
