Harry - let me know if you want to stop by Greenville, SC on your way up. I'm trying to figure out whether to go to Memphis for both games or just the AAC tourney.

It's good to see that the team is still hungry. We can't have any more "USFs" this season.

Great topic! I really think that we could make it to the Final Four. It all depends on seeds and match ups. I think that we will surprise a lot of teams. As long as our team continues to play with confidence, rebounds and plays defense, anything can happen.
Of late we are playing really well as a team on offense, but it would be nice if we could get a consistent third scorer. We have Nic Moore, Markus Kennedy, and who? One night it is Keith Frazier. Another night it is Nick Russell. Another night it is Cannen Cunningham. That is all fine and good. Couldn't be happier with our team. Just curious to know who our scoring option will be if Markus or Nic get into foul trouble or have an off night.
We do have a very balanced team. We could definitely be a Cinderella Team. Maybe a #10 Seed or #12 Seed. Typically the NCAA Tournament Committee tries to match up teams based on history or maybe coaching trees. Since we really do not have SMU History with any other schools it will be interesting to see if SMU gets matched up with maybe UCLA, Kansas or maybe UNC (given Larry Brown's Coaching History).

Every player on the Court has arguably gotten better as the season progresses In particular-what if: Yanick Moreia reaches his potential and is healthy B.Moore continues his rapid development Keith Frazier becomes a consistent 3 point shooter-he's getting there You could add Caneen and Sterling in there too
Achilles heal might be foul trouble for Nic Moore PG-although Nick Russell is playing great in spots as PG-he doesn't run the offense at the same level
I like our up-side potential though

I would, but unfortunately it adds 4 hours to my drive. I am going to go up through Birmingham. If any of y'all go up Friday night, I will leave straight from work, get a room near Beale to party. Then Gus's fried chicken after the game. Also need to coordinate with SMU ticket office to get seats right behind the bench.

I've asked about the good seats in Memphis. I got denied and was referred to the $15 allotment seats. If you have better luck let me know. Think we will StubHub. Louisville soured me on upper deck baseline. I'll be there Friday and Saturday night. This will mark more away basketball games than football games for me.

Seriously? That blows. I'll call tomorrow to ask.

Yeah I emailed my development person. Tried for Louisville, too. Maybe ask LB personally?

Well said Stallion. I think you hit on all of our team's question marks moving forward. We definitely have not realized all of our potential yet and that is pretty exciting! We have definitely been teased with the potential of a few players. Imagine how good our team could be! Funny to think that our team could actually get better, but it is very true. Pony Up! Final Four!
