Re: NCAA Tournament sitesMe and two buddies have already agreed we're going wherever we wind up.
Spokane would be the worst on that list, but I would have fun no matter what city we are in. ![]()
Re: NCAA Tournament sitesI'm going wherever we are as well. I'm fortunate to be able to take advantage of a lot of non-rev options so just pulling for a direct flight.
Re: NCAA Tournament sites
I'm with you. Airfare is going to be horrendous, though.
Re: NCAA Tournament sites
esp. on a short notice...ugh Skymiles?? "smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."
Re: NCAA Tournament sites
It is, crazy sports town, great micro brews. I've only been there twice but been impressed both times. If you can deal with a bit of cold for a weekend, well worth it imo. I think it's the best site of any of them, I've never been to Spokane though. Just cold, pack some snow boots, actually a lot of good looking broads (not joking), just gotta get inside when the jackets come off haha. Louisville is a great one too if they get thrown up there next year. I believe the 2nd and 3rd round roll back to that city in 2015. Raleigh is a cool city too.
Re: NCAA Tournament sitesI'll gladly do SA, San Diego, LA, St. Louis, Orlando, Memphis, or Raleigh.
Re: NCAA Tournament sitesSlow down your NCAA final four plans. There are some play-in games in Dayton. Can't have any south Florida losses again.
Re: NCAA Tournament sites
Yeah save your miles (plus the $150 short notice mileage fee). Three/Four days notice is how the airlines make money.
Re: NCAA Tournament sites
Trying to get dear old Dad to come to the games with me. Thankfully, he is a consultant and has a ton of miles that he hasn't used. "smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."

Re: NCAA Tournament sitesI'm definitely in for San Antonio. I will make a huge attempt depending on flights to St Louis, Raleigh, Orlando, and San Diego. I think SD would be the most expensive
Re: NCAA Tournament sitesI may be the only one to say this, but
C'mon Milwaukee!!
Re: NCAA Tournament sitesMidwest Regional would suit me just perfectly.
Re: NCAA Tournament sites
I'll be sitting courtside if they're in Indy. Gotta love them corporate sponsors baby ha. Had amazing seats at Indy last year, was so much fun.
