realize you are being sarcastic but a few members with some 'fire in their bellies' might just wake up a few of the snoozing blue-hairs who love mediocrity and the status quo.

Actually I'm not sure how sarcastic I was. Certainly we are a group who should be at least entertained.

I think some are trying to create FUD as they want cheap tickets next year. (F= fear, U= uncertainty, D= doubt)

Didn't that get us in trouble once before? I didn't mean it THAT way. They are all a well disciplined group of young men that are demonstrating the quality of play at SMU on the national stage.

I think if you look at most of the players twitters you'd see that many carry the mindset they havent accomplished a fraction of what they''re seeking. They seem pleased that they're ranked but it's not where they want to be. (Meaning they want to be better than 23rd)

I say we just destroy that lifecycle completely and move from Fledgling hope to Excitement. And Stay there!

You must be new around here...that only works if the revolution is successful and sustained. So far we're 1 for 2398; a little early to retire our proven model, let's just enjoy the one we've got here.

I was stuck somewhere between excitement and unrealistic expectations after January 4th, but recent events have planted me solidly on the extreme side of unrealistic expectations.

Yes I am new. Hopefully we sustain this revolution and it spreads to all our sports: Football, Soccer, Women's sports, Swimming.
