What did you expect? JJ waving pompoms? He certainly doesn't do everything right, but animated rah-rah speeches just aren't who he is. He gets less fired up, at least outwardly, about wins, and he gets less upset, visibly, about losses. It's maddening at times to those of us who have more demonstrative reactions, but it is his personality.

According to the free Rivals chat this morning, all of them plus Lincoln Richard, who is already off the team

And Ben Hughes name was tossed around for graduating early, right? That makes 7...

Cramer left, Richards is gone.
Was Neros was year?
As JJ said it seems like a few more will go for grades/can't play reasons.
Hopefully they will be replaced 4th and 5th transfers with immediate eligiblity - a couple of guards and corners that can place would be just fine. :)

I know he's not a rah rah guy but I've seen him do interviews (especially in his early years at SMU when he was still viewed as our savior) where he was very comfortable talking about SMU football. Looked to me like he was fearing a lynch mob at that recruiting meeting and it didn't help when he got that lukewarm reception. His rubbing his hand back and forth on that chair back told me it wasn't a lack of enthusiasm...it appeared to be nerves. It has to be tough when he knows how beloved Coach Brown is and how despised he appears to be by so many.

Hopefully he is seeing how basketball is doing and gets his act together...I would like for him
and the guys to do really good next season. In other words, I am tired of 5-7 and really want 8-4 or better.
