The MOB Memberships Maxed Out!

Due to the enthusiastic response from students, we have exhausted the number of Mob memberships available for the season. If you did not purchase a Mob membership but would still like a ticket to the March 5th men’s basketball game vs. Louisville, a minimum of 100 regular student tickets will be available to non-Mob members beginning at 7 AM on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18th. Attached are the campout rules for that evening. Numbered tickets will be handed beginning at 6 AM to ensure the line stays in order.

Damn I really hope they don't have ~600 members in the Mob now. That would effectively make the majority of the lower sections into "The MOB" sections basically. That's crazy! I'm pretty sure I heard at ticket pickup on Monday that there were ~300 members in The MOB.

Wow. Having to camp out for 100 tickets. They will need to start a camp out to get in line for the camp out.

They told me when I joined the mob during football season that going to every game would build up points for big demand games like Louisville. Has any student heard this or are the kids that have gone to every game, or a majority of games, still lumped into the rest of the mob and have to fight the new members for section 112 tickets?

I can see them doing a first come first serve for all mob members new or old. But I really hope they give members who did go to all the games some priority. I sent a tweet about this to @SMU_TheMob and I'll see if they reply.
