Our Dline and LB's should be solid, but I might have to suit up at CB and I run a 5.2 40.
Doesn't really matter what you roll out at CB, our QB isn't all that accurate or mobile and will likely be running for his life all game long due to a patchwork OL.
They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security
going to save myself the trip to waco and go dove hunting. Ive missed opening weekend of dove season the last two yrs just to watch us get our butts kicked in sh*thole texas towns (waco / college station) and im not doing it again this yr
BU and A&M were scheduled in years 5,6,7 because JJ was going to have a BCS level team and competing with / beating a former SWC team would make a statement that SMU is back.
These were meant to be our statement games with the added revenue benefit.
Too bad JJ gave up in year 3.
So the score will be largely whatever BU and A&M want it to be. A&M will pull the starters at half but BU has a history of running up the score when they can. A&M is a classier, more confident program.... BU still piles on when they can. Which is why I like to see BU get beat and loved the UCF game.
I really do think JJ cared in years 1-3...even cared about recruiting a little (or was that just Adrian Klemm?). whew...sad
1- Anyone saying "Baylor's arrogance" will be their downfall needs to realize that the author is a UNT guy. It's not like Bears are claiming it.
2- Our offense peaked early and was beat up down the stretch. They did better offensively vs UCF (other than the 17 penalties!!! ) but it clearly wasn't the level of execution we saw down the stretch in either 2012 or 2011. Baylor isn't scoring 70 on anyone until we get execution sorted out.
