OK, I signed up for the monthly subscription and got a confirmation email, now what?
I go to the smumustangs website, and click on the "SMU football" link under the all-access list and it just pops up with a blank window with the "error, page not found" message. It's 10 minutes to kickoff, should I be able to see something yet, or will it just come up AT kickoff.
I'm worried I'm not going to get this game going on my computer!
From high on the hilltop, in Big D...

go tp smumustangs.com and follow the same path you did to purchase total access. you will find a schedule of events and will then click on Baylor football. Of course, you will have to enter your email and password to get there. good luck. I'm waiting for the game to start and appears there might be video?
looks like there might be video but no audio?

Is anybody else having a difficult time with this service? They have a link posted for the Baylor game (or maybe it's just highlights, I don't know), with an A next to it, which supposedly stands for "Archived." When I click it, it just says "Connecting to media..." then says "Ready." When I press play it just does the same thing over again. The press conference did the same thing when I tried to play that. Sure am glad I payed for this thing. Ideas?

Matbe the "A" means "Already been played"

same thing happens to me. Come on if you are going to do something-do it right. Reminds me of ole Max Emfinger's fraud.

I have the same problem. I called their tech support line yesterday and it wasn't helpful at all.

I watched the game & the PC - no problems at all. The video wasn't turned on until the last minute for either one, but both came on and both looked great. The archived stuff doesn't seem up and running yet, but I've had no problems watching live - I even watched soccer & volleyball matches via All-Access and, again, no problems.

No, when we were winning, there were no dot coms because Al Gore was years from inventing the internet.

The archived game seems to be working now. The video quality is very good, I'm impressed!

Just watched the game again.. we still lost.
What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.

Ok got home and tried it at 6 pm and couldn't get it although I got a screen with a test pattern. Did anybody else get it after 5 pm. I did do the suggested upgrades although I think I already had them.

Stal, I got the screen test pattern too, you just have to fast forward through the first 7-10 minutes. It's an editing problem. Once the actual game starts, the quality is not bad at all.

quality of the replay is much better than what it was live...at least for me. Of course, as someone already pointed out, the end result was the same.
